I fell on my face today. It was a good learning experience, though I plan on doing it less often.

Okay! I found a purpose for having a second blog. This one'll be almost always happy, because it's going to be mainly about my body! Now now, before you get your mind in the gutter let me continue. Here I'm going to try and record fitness goals and other such things. I decided this because I tried to go to bed around midnight tonight, and realized that all this almost-spring has got me energetic. It's nice outside and the sunlight's killing whatever S.A.D.S. managed to make it into me. I laid in bed for like half an hour, but let's face it. I'm tired and not sleepy, it's a feeling I haven't had in a long time. Nice try Mr. Depression! But like most things all I need to do is do enough push-ups to be rid of you. And it's working. I want a much more rigorous cardio routine. Not just to get my body ripped, but for stamina should I ever need it. I don't want showy muscle, I want the useful kind. If it can be both, even better. I'm going to try and take before and after pictures(Or since I never plan on stopping fitness, progress pictures I suppose) to hopefully show how things are going along. That fitness technique where Rocky lifts his entire body off the group will be mine. If that bastard could do it at forty-something I know damn well I can do it within the next year. And how badly written is this? Look ma, no paragraphs? At any rate, I'll be keeping this more frequent than my other one I think, we'll see!
